I know I've been slacking here...

Seven, Alainna, Isabel and I had our first week back to day care, school and work. It was... we'll say a wicked rough week, but totally expected for a first week:)

Seven, had a great first week with his provider. She was very pleased to find out that he is indeed a good baby. Way to go Seven, just one more week of the trial period before we're in a contract... Then you can cut loose and rake havoc!

Alainna, had a very rough first day... She was a little nervous about starting at a new school and getting to ride a bus(well happy about the bus). She started off with recess... Running and playing with her new friends(yeah those of us who know her know that's a bad idea) needless to say she fell down luckily in some mulch but she didn't catch herself. After recovering from the bloody nose she missed her first bus ride home and Ric had to go get her. Her second and third days were much better though and by the end of the week it all didn't seem so bad.

Isabel, had a great first day! After making new friends and being a hot shot in her class she got to show off a little for Alainna, show her where to catch the bus and where their classrooms are. She really likes to play the big girl!

Me, I started at my new command on Tuesday which is weird for me because I'm used to Monday-Friday, here its Tuesday-Friday one week and Tuesday-Sunday the next. Cool I have a weekday off and I can get all of those things done during the week but I won't have as much time off WITH the kids. Working weekends will also be an adjustment. The people all seem really nice and I'll be learning a lot as this is a reserve command and I've only worked the active side of the house.

All in all we're just really happy to all be together!
