So, what are we doing…..Let’s see, I am sitting here at work and cannot think of a thing I feel like doing so I figure I will do a quick week recap!
So let’s start with the end of last week. Well, another new car damaged by SOMEONE ELSE! I have to be clear that the Pilot being totaled was not her fault since it had been stolen!!!!! Someone rear-ended Diona in her six-month old car on her way home from work. The woman tried to deny it at first but when I got there and pointed out the imprint of letters on her bumper, she started singing another tune. Well, the car was in the body shop this whole week but we got it back last night so all is normal again.
Soccer is over finally and could not have ended at a better time because it is freezing!!!!! We have been waking up to temperatures in the 30’s and today there are even flurries. We did the usual running around on Saturday (birthday parties, shopping, etc.) however, stayed in the rest of the weekend since I had homework and the Wii was calling. I ended up not doing my homework (no motivation) on Sunday but instead waiting till Monday and scrambling to write two papers at work and get them submitted by 2PM EST (which I did and got A's as usual!).
Thanksgiving were looking at just having a few single friends who aren't making trips home, over for dinner. We're staying home and saving money for the Christmas trip, trying to pay for all in cash and no credit. We are really looking forward to California next month and we can only hope it’s 80 degrees and sunny while we’re there. Unfortunately, we are leaving Christmas day and coming back here but it was the difference of $1000 dollars so we decided it was the right move. Well, it is almost time to head over to Diona’s work for a potluck so I’m going to cut and run now!

what a bummer about the car, glad you got it fixed right away Do you feel like your girls are the most popular kids at school? a birthday party every weekend- that's what I feel like sometimes. If it's not one, it's the other.

So are you guys going to be in Blythe? We'll be there the 16th-23rd - it'd be great to see you! We are traveling home from my in-laws on the 31st because it was so much cheaper to travel that day. (They live in Vegas and everyone wants to come there on New years eve, not leave!)
